Septic system in a flood zone
Rate this post
When we designed this septic system, we took great care to raise it above the 0-20 year flood line. The client thought it was a bit high, but we reassured him that it was really better to make an installation like this one to avoid problems during a possible flood. In the spring of 2019, we receive a call from a client who tells us that thanks to us, the system withstood the flood. A system like this one can cost up to $25,000. If the client had been misinformed, the system could have had to be rebuilt or would have needed serious repairs. A good contractor is there to advise you and to give you the benefit of his expertise.
