When we excavated this foundation for the purpose of waterproofing it we found that the corner of the foundation was broken. He broke away from the rest of the foundation. So we had to inject the joint with epoxy to reinforce it and install corner metal plates to resolidify the whole. We will waterproof this steel plate so that it will not rust and we will be able to complete the installation of our French drain.
