Sagging French drain in Saint-Lazare
Project description
We were called to check the condition of a French drain since the house was for sale and the new owners wanted to know its condition.
Thanks to our camera, we were able to note that the French drain contained a lot of sediment at the bottom and that it was collapsed in 2 places. Since the house was built in 2003, we were able to clean the French drain with our high pressure jet. We also proceeded to a localized excavation to repair it.
During this work, we took the opportunity to install access stacks on the French drain. Thus, when we have to clean this drain again, we will not have to excavate it and will only be able to use the access chimneys installed for this purpose.
