Discover, in video, how we repaired the foundation of this century-old house in Montreal West, which was experiencing moisture and water infiltration problems.
We proceeded in several stages: excavation of the foundation, pouring of a concrete footing, installation of a Delta MS elastomeric waterproofing membrane, and installation of a French drain.
