Discover in video [in French], step by step, our piling project done in Valleyfield, where our client is facing a subsidence of his house and cracks due to instability problems of the clay in the soil.
We installed piles down to the rock with anchor shoes in order to stabilize the foundations of this house and correct the problems of cracks and subsidence (subsidence on 2 inches, cracks of more than 1/8th of an inch and cracked bricks). We also condemned a garage door and poured a basement drop (rammed).
Finally, we waterproofed the foundation and installed a French drain.
